Black Elantra minor scratches appear white
I rubbed up against my black Elantra with my snow blower and felt like I hardly touched it with the snow blower handle and it left white scratches all over. From what I read it's a minor scratch that didn't penetrate the clear coat? I know very little about automotive paint so please excuse my lack of knowledge on this. I find it frustrating that the color under the black is white. Why not use black. Anyhow, I would appreciate finding out if I can get these scratches out. If I run my finger across them I can't feel the scratch. However white scratches on a black car look terrible.
