Pulley squeeling on '06

I'm new to these forums, but I've lurked around a bit and haven't found an answer to my question.

My wife has an '06 Hyundai Elantra. She had all her belts replaced about 8 months ago, and now, after a few changes in weather (we used to live in FL where it was 80 all the time, now we're in SC where it's 40ish), her car is making this squeeling sound.

While the car is idling, with everything else off, there's a constant squeeling from I think what is the tensioner pulley, judging from the attachment. The squeeling doesn't go away - it speeds up and slows down with different RPM's, but it's pretty constant.

I went to autozone and asked them about maybe the pulley is bad, but they said most likely it needs to be tightened, since '06 Elantra's have manually adjusted pulleys (not spring-loaded).

What do you guys think about the squeeling, and if I'm right, how would I tighten the pulley?

Either the bearing is bad or the belt needs tightened. I have a Kia 2006 and the idler pulley's have a tensioner with a bolt in it with either a 12mm or 14mm head. Use a 1/4 drive socket on a ratchet or a combination wrench tighten the bolt until the belt is as tight as the other belts. About 3/8 slack in the long side. To tight will ruin the bearing. http://www.amazon/ search belt tension tool.
