Pedro's Daytona winning 250GTO 1/12 MFH

Been a while since I've posted here and I was planning on doing a full WIP but life got in the way.
Great kit in many ways but has some major flaws: opening panels didn't fit well particularly the doors which were too small and all the hinges had to be remade as the kit items are useless, the body had hundreds of bubbles that needed drilling and filling and most annoyingly, although the wheelbase and ride height is good, the front track is all wrong and I needed to cut, shorten & pin the upper and lower wishbones.
Good luck If you're building one!
Hope you enjoy and thank you Alex for the photos; I can't believe where those three years have gone!
Cheers,
Lee.
