A/C condenser won't engage

2009 Ford Escape
Same as my earlier post, Engine fans are running all the time and dial setting one on inside blower fan doesn't work.
But, I just noticed the condenser motor clutch never engages.

So, I checked;
Freon level looks good even with the clutch not engaged.
Fuse is OK
Fuse block is good. (Not sure what it is called)

How do you check the A/C low pressure switch?

Visually check that the bolt in the center of the clutch pulley is present. The bolt coming out is a known problem. Hope this helps. Please update if you solved the problem.
