Angry need a little help

Hey people kinda new to the board...just a hello. Got a question for you fellow gearheads Im getting ready to replace my rack& pinion in my 87 pulsar nx xe does anyone forsee any problems has anyone done this before? I am a good mechanic i know my way around tools and cars but ive never done a stearing system before EVER..any help would be cool....thanks in advance:bandit:
