Question I need advise on new shocks>>

I just replaced the shocks with Monroe sensortracks. The ride is now like a cadillac. Very spongey and too much play. The mechanic is willing to replace these but not sure with what? Can anyone help? I had no issue with the ride quality of the OEMs but do not them due to their overall quality.

Rancho's

I put some Rancho 5000's on and the ride is much improved. They are not too stiff, for my taste. They are cheaper also 175 for all four. Some will tell you Bilsteins are the way to go but they were too stiff for my applications, greats shocks none the less.
