Speaking of civics, I thought I'd just throw in that I drove a civic today for the first time = . I guess it's something every man must endure at one point in his lifetime. |

Biast because it's an import?? Ok. LoL spend 20,000 dollars on bringing an econo-box up to 500 hp, and then have it still hang even in the end with a non-modified Viper being driven by a driver who takes 5 minutes to complete the shift from 1st to 2nd gear. It's a fast civic, after mucho money. I'd take the Viper any day. |

Coming from a neutral persepective (Neither american nor japanese) as a Briton I'd choose the viper. Front wheel drive is and always will be the drive of budget vehicles. Invented as it was cheaper, space saving and mildly lighter than rwd. If a company was to decide to build a racer it wouldnt be fwd! To get a fwd car to handle or put down the power aswell as a rwd car your looking at major modifications and your in to big money then...

Honda Civic. Built for economy, FWD, boring styling, too common, bland at best: Dodge Viper. Built for whooping ass on the track, RWD, exotic styling, rare, sexy at worst: Lets not forget, had the viper had a better driver it probably would have won.
