Angry 95' eagle vision no a/c no htr or defrost

I just bought a used 1995 eagle vision, But my a/c, heater, and defrost don't work at all. none of these turn on at all except my radio. I've tried changing the fuses but still nothing. I would really appreciate any advice anyone would have on this problem. I have tried calling the dealship to ask if maybe it could be a relay or something but they said there's no such relay for that and want to charge me an arm and a leg to have it checked out. thanks again in advance.
