The Bugatti is considered french, its creator came from Italy but the company has been located in france for many years.

Re: Koenigsegg smokes a Zonda

yea its faster in the straights, but in the corners it sucks. theres a video on srtforums.com they have a list of cars they tested. and the koenigsegg barly beat the evo 8 in the corners.

If any of you want to see a truly amazing supercar check out the Ultima GTR, kit car from britain, about 80 K out of pocket and you have a 200 MPH+ capable vehicle, great in the straits and in the turns as well as costing hundreds of thousands less than any of those other "super" cars

Re: Koenigsegg smokes a Zonda

As far as im concernd the Mclaren Lm and the dauer will toast the Koenigsegg. The Koenigsegg might have a higher topend then the lm but not quick i'll tell you that. But a Koenigsegg will beat a zonda.

Exclamation there all good in there own way

I dont see why people always argue about witch super car is better. there all good if you look at why they are built.
Sure everyone says the enzo is ugly because it has no interior and that it should. But the enzo was built based on a formula 1 car so if you thiink about it it shouldnt have a radeo or interior.

The zonda is a quality car my favorite personlay. its built to be a stuning visual vehicle. and no you cant nesisarily say a koenigsegg cc will smoke a zonda because yes it may in a striaght line but that is stupid you would never race in a strait line its has better haddleing its not a quality built car.

the mclaren was the original hyper car. from the gold line engine bay to sentral driving position, is incredible. and the koenigsegg isnt much faster, only about 10mph. and the mclaren has no traction control. its met to be a bruit force car.

You cant say that any other super car is way better than it because there not. you have to give credit where credit is due and the mclaren deserves alot for its inovation for its time, remeber this car was first shown in 1993 and still has the styling and looks of a consept car of today. compare that to any other car super car or otherwise from 93 and you will see what im talking about. so give credit where credit is due because i dont think any of use could build a super car even close to as good as a mclaren F1, koenigsegg cc, Ferrari Enzo or a Pagani Zonda.

Guys!

The fastest PRODUCTION CAR ever timed OFFICALLY is the McLaren F1!

There is NO other cars who have CERTIFIED PROOF of obtaining higher top speed as a PRODUCTION CAR!!!

No need to babble and wabble about Corvettes. Vipers, Bugattis, blblablablablblalala....

There is faster cars out there, no doubt, but they have not OFFICALLY proven to be!!!

Imagine a McLaren with twin turbos and NOS for high-speed records!

Re: Koenigsegg smokes a Zonda

yeah whats up with them saying the zonda is faster than the mclaren!? i think the zonda is nice, it may be faster than a lamborghini diablo sv, or a lamborghini murcielago, but i would take those over a zonda any day and for the price the murcielago is much cheaper and about the same thing, or just get a diablo and put a 100 shot of NOS and the new zonda is gone...

If you'd look at the BMW motor on the McLaren it's simply improbable to imploy a single turbo much less TWIN turbo or NOS. This has been explained and talked about hundred's of times.

Single turbo would be better then twin turbo.
