150 dB is my goal so far ive already spend around 2000 without wiring and box material 2 12inch hard kore Ma Audio subs the matching amp 4400 rms mono and a 5 farad cap all MA Audio putting 2 more yellow top batteries where my spare tire used to be under the amp and cap that will be in a false floor and the box will have a plexiglass back.

hoping to hit 150 at least drynamated whole car headliner doors and the whole trunk. my subs wil bang harder than that lol

Too much money if you ask my fiance. This is just my vette. Truck has same source unit but none of the custom fabrication.

I know the monitor is really dirty...I am going to take better pics soon.

Re: how much have you spent

Thanks on the install. But where do you get your info on PG? I have never had problems with PG electronics. The PG stuff I am using now works great.

Re: how much have you spent

A 15L7 in a large ported box tuned ~50hz on a Hifonics Brutus 1500d should do it, might not get all of 150 on the new mic, but it will definitely be up there.

15l7 = $225
1500d = $250

well i had some 2 kicker L5's in a ported box and a 800 watt ma audio mono amp and didnt like them.
the guy at the kicker shop where i live is a dick so i wouldnt buy crap for him
all my ma audio stuff is warrantied for 2 years and i got a lot of stuff for free from the ma audio dealer

3 reasons why I personally wont but kicker!

Lets see

Vehical: 2003 Ford Ranger Edge Super cab 2 door
Deck: Pioneer 4500mp
Speakers : 4 Pioneer 250watt 4 way 6x8
Sub: at the end of the month when i get my bonus im buying a Image Dynamics ID10 v.3 to replace my pioneer which sound like crap
amp: Rockford Fosgate 501x 65x4 rms 1500watt peak.. i love this amp

The way i have it wired at the moment is speakers on the front channel and sub on the rear, but with mybonus check coming at the end of the month i might also buy a mono amp and just mount it on the box and have the speakers on the rockford
