is this amp to much for these subs ?

i have 2 kicker 10" compvr subwoofers and i was wondering if a PowerAcoustik OV2-820 Gothic Series 2-Channel Amplifier would work with them ? or would it just blow um ?

any advice would be helpful, thanks a lot

The amp is not strong enough, really. It would do the job, but you need more power for those speakers.

a 2 channel that is rated for 300x2 rms @ 4 ohms.
or a mono rated at 600 rms @ 2 ohms.
