Amp noise
When ever i turn on my amp, it starts making a humming nose. Any idea what this is?

What type amp is it? MTX have loud amp noise.

Its soundstrm lab 1200 watt vanquish amp. its more of a low humming sound.

can you put in a different amp of the same make and model ..... narrow down to whether the amp is bad or some other component (or the wiring)

no i can't. also my amp is now not supplying power to my subs. the green power light is still on but theres no sound. i didn't change any of the wiring so i don't know whats wrong.
