Re: A/c compressor

Remove oil filter- take out front compressor bolts, then remove rear 13 mm bolt from compressor mount to block, don't remove mount from compressor on rear, let it come out with compressor. To remove pipe assembly, push compressor forward one inch after removing rear bolt to engine block. It is tight, but a short 15mm socket will click once or twice after you push compressor forward an inch. I've done about a dozen this way- as long as you are referring to early Auroras with the H6 compressor.
