2001 Outback AWD 2.5L Fault Code P0328
Hi all- I'm new to this forum, but thought it may help someone, somewhere, if I posted this.
My wife's Outback was stumbling & hesitating during acceleration. The "MIL" was on & I pulled a P0328 code when I hooked up my scanner. P0328 = Knock Sensor High Input. Anyway, I tried to clear the code but was unsuccessful. I unhooked the harness connector & rechecked the codes- same thing. So I bit the bullet & spent ~$76 @ the Zone. Replacement was straight forward. It's located directly below the throttle body. Cleared the code after replacement (MIL turned off) & took it for a test drive- no stumbling. Hope this helps! |
