pep boys "futura lte"=

1998 chevy lumina. i put 4 "futura lte,s" on it at pep boys. 35,000 miles later a belt parted. pep boys wanted to give me $1.50 on the pro-rata garantee. then i found out no "futura lte,s" were in stock so i picked a little more expensive tire ="definity". after i had em mounted i found out the "definity" is really the same tire as the "futura lte". what a run around. anyone have any luck with the "definity" ? both are high mileage touring tires.
