Can't bleed RR brake cylinder!

1995 Cabrio- my daughters car.
I installed new rear brakes the other day and easily bled 3 wheels, but the right rear seems to have a complete blockage between the ABS system and the wheel cylinder. I also noticed that particular line contained some ugly looking brake fluid.
Can the line be safely cleared with an air line from the wheel cylinder back to the engine bay?
Will doing this damage the ABS module?
I REALLY don't want to take it to the stealership for this.....

Re: Can't bleed RR brake cylinder!

UPDATE:
I took the car to an independant shop that specializes in VW. The ABS module was defective and couldn't be repaired.
The bad news: they had to replace the ABS module. [UGH]
The 'good' news: they were able to find a good used one.....

FWIW, the technican said he hadn't seen any ABS failures in Cabrios- until this one. Figures!
