I have had good luck with M&S Hobbies and Strada Sport.

you can try hobbylinc.com, philshobbyshop.com, scalehobbyist.com - they all have great prices and can source out any models not on the site. 1999.co.jp has a fairly large selection and quick delivery for the UK - comes with a point-purchase system for use on future purchases.

Since you are in Scotland, try hiroboy.com - should be faster.

Re: best place to buy ?

I've bought quite a lot of aftermarket stuff from HobbyEasy lately, and I am very happy with them.

They also sell kits but since I'm already living in Hong Kong, I can get them quicker and cheaper from hobby stores instead.

For the ones I can't get here, I've had good experience with Hobby Search in Japan, and Model Express / Model Roundup in the US.
