2008 Escape p2197

I have a '08 Escape with the 3.0L AWD and it was giving me 2 codes a P0193-Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor High Input and a P2197 02 Sensor Stuck Lean Bank2 Sensor 1. I changed the Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor and cleared the CEL drive about 1400miles and the P2197 popped back up. My question is is this the sensor on the front of the motor behind the rad and fan that looks like it a PITA to get at? i did do a complete spark plug and coil change of jan 1,2023 as my C.O.P. packs were all split and cracked and the sparkplugs at the front of the motor were changed out as well as they were originals in the rear and the fronts were changed out already so it has fresh plugs, coils, fuel pressure sensor and soon to be o2 sensor and fuel filter as it's probably never been changed as well... I hear there are 4x02 sensors just wondering if i should change all 4 while i have the socket and am on my back anyways
