What's this called "replacement"

Unfortunately while servicing my vehicle I broke this part. Went to a shop but they couldn't find it. Go figure. It's connected to the throttle. Some sort of vacuum solenoid or something. If I get the name that be awesome.

Oops sorry. I believe it's something to do with high idle while cold starting.

1985 GMC G3500 VAN V8 350 5.7L. It's a motorhome but all the parts that fit this thing is from the truck section of any website. Rockauto has been a major life saver to this old thing. Unfortunately this time I can't seem to find the part or what it's called

Thanks!! Now all I have to do is find one. That name comes up empty everywhere. I guess my search will have to go into the scrap yards

I've been researching and the dashpot is the circular device in the one photo. The part I'm looking for is attached to it electronically. It's connected to the vacuum system so I'm guessing the system tells it to go in and out with pressurized air. Allowing more or less in it so the plunger goes in and out.

Anyway looking up this little part it's not necessary. My engine runs fine without it and never stalls. It's supposed to let off rpm so there isn't any sudden air cutoff to the engine.
