Aluminum and carbon fiber Vanquish S

The Aston Martin Vanquish is the first-ever production vehicle to feature carbon fiber-wrapped foam as a structural component. Its A pillars consist of carbon fiber woven around polyurethane cores.

The main body structure comprises carbon fiber, extruded aluminum, and composite materials bonded together to form a central monocoque safety cell with additional deformable, composite-structure, energy-absorbent zones front and rear.

The transmission tunnel is reinforced with carbon fiber.
