Fyi~I install everything wether it comes to decks, amps and all. If you think installing a deck is a trait LOL. All it is, is connecting some wires (not hard). Engine thats a trait try installing a T51 then come talk...

btw ~ the only ass here is the one who starts it so dont go saying dont talk $hit.

Re: So the XXX came in a lot earlier than expected...

WTF? "i have 10,000 for audio stuff. let me buy audiobahn and kicker and MTX and eclipse and alpine and polk etc etc etc... and flame some guy i dont even now about on Automotiveforums.com who has a Magnum 18 (i beleive) and is willing to get rid of an xxx18 like its nothing." there are people who would kill for their XXX 18's... a friend of mine spent 2400 on some JL componets, 2w3v2's, a ported box, head unit, and a 500w amp and 200w amp for componets. just because all that is getting near 1000 more than what i am going to spend on my system doesnt mean he will be louder or sound better. granted he sounds good. but then agian so will i (actually bettter in the midbass/highs because i am building kickpanels where as he has IB that isnt even IB because its just mounted on his door frame) and i will be a HELL of alot louder. my install will probably be alot cleaner as well.
so what im saying is. you can either pay a ton of cash for inferior stuff that is mainly SPL oriented and shut up or you can realize who is who and what is what and shut up. TY. i am done now.

if by "install" you think he's just talking about physically sticking it in the car and wiring it up so it works, then you have a LOT more to learn, and you have no place to mock him or many of the other members here

Like I said, if by "install" you think he's just talking about physically sticking it in the car and wiring it up so it works (that includes grounding), then you have a LOT more to learn. In defending yourself you ended up reinforcing exactly what I was saying.
