truck shuttering

its a tad hard to explain, but it seems my 2005 nissan frontier nismo crew cab 'shutters' occasionally while driving. anyhwere from 45mph up to 65 mph.

as im driving it sorta just rumbles, sort of bucking manner. when i accelerate or deccelerate during the shuttering, it stops, or when i push my overdrive button, to shut my overdrive off, it stops. this doesnt happen while my overdrive is off, ever.

my only guess is the torque converter, anyone have any other suggestions, and/or a price range on a torque converter for my truck? how do i know what kind of torque converter i need for my truck?
