If you mean a hydraulic clutch release, it probably can be done. When replacing the tranny in my mustang with a manual, the cable was not a practical option (due to the headers). I opted for a hydro kit for a late model mustang. hydraulic clutch needs several things. A master cylander, with mounting adaptor and pedal connection, the fluid line, (I opted for braided steel) and some sort of slave cylander attatched to the throwout bearing. In my kit the slave was attatched to the throwout bearing directly, and mounted on the inputshaft retainer. I have seen kits where the slave attatches to the same throwout bearing arm that the cable attatches to. I am not too familier with frontwheel drive clutch setups, but with all the honda tuners out there, I am sure someone has made a kit. (fabricating one would most likely be to difficult without machining equipment) Search google and I am sure something will come up.

I don't think they make adapter kits for hydro to cable but I know for a fact that they do make cable to hydro kit adapters.

ohh yeah... just wondering what are you swapping or trying to put into what here? I hope you aren't trying to swap a SIR-II into a CRX... thats too much work... but if you are just swapping different generation trannys then it should bolt up.
