help--van shut down on freeway
Looking for some help/advice.
I was driving on the freeway last night and heard an unusual clacking/flapping sound when pressing the accelerator. The van would not go over 45-50 mph. Within a minute, all the warning lights turned on and lost all power (acceleration, steering, brakes). Luckily it was late at night and I was able to coast off into a nearby parking lot. Any suggestions on what might have happened? It is a 93 Previa with 150K miles. Thanks. |

Re: help--van shut down on freeway
Try checking the EFI Relay and the 15Amp EFI fuse.

check battery, its sounds like you just lost electricity. batt might have leaks or your alternator isnt charging up your battery.
