98 savana, horn honking all time

it's been rainnig and suddenly from my parking lot the horn in my van went off, i had to dissconect the battery to stop it.
i reconect the battery and it start again even with the engine running.
i couln't find the fuse to disconecty the horn.
please help

For now..Pull out the horn relay in the underhood fuse block. Take lid off fuse block, turn it over to see map of relays, and fuses- pull the relay or the fuse to stop the honking.

Then trace back what is causing it, most likely the switch in under neath the air bag.

I have a little problem, the lid that cover the fuses or relays is missing,that why watter is meesing everything up.
do you know a webpage that i can get the relays locations?
