Exclamation Half of engine not firing

Hi everyone,

My first post here. My truck has got me completely stumped.

The truck has a really rough idle and is throwing the random misfire code.

I recently pulled my plugs and noticed the Left bank (when looking from the front) spark plugs looked completely new. They weren't covered in any soot whatsoever. The ceramic in the middle was pure white.

This is after putting 300km on the new plugs. The other bank looked like they had normal use on them.

I checked for sparks going to them and they are sparking fine.

I also excluded fuel pressure problems because the left bank fuel rail is connected to the right.

This has got me thinking maybe the firing order is wrong. distributor wires incorrect?

The injectors had the proper resistance according to the manual (13ohms). But i will check for clicking sound tomorrow.

i'm thinking maybe the electronics controlling the injectors are buggered.

Any thoughts?

Thanks!
