im tempted to say
1.viper 2.viper 3.viper but i'd probably get to many hate replies, and there aren't enough viper models made be licensed manufacturers to fill 3 spots. But here it is 1.Subaru WRX STi it looks like it got kicked in the nose, but it hauls ass better than anything else for that price 2.BMW M5 500hp, 500hp, and ....500hp. oh, someone mentioned something about luxury, comfort, and 4 doors. I love the Viper 510hp, but this thing goes. 3.chevy corvette z06 yes, i'm a die hard viper fan. but fact is, this car has it. its got the speed (even though its cuz its lighter), its got the control (even though it needs traction control), and its got decent looks (even though everyone sees them too damn often). as you can see, i'm not a huge fan of this car, but even i can't deny that it belongs on this list. 1.2006 Subaru WRX STi 2.2005 BMW M5 3.2006 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 |

I too am a viper fan but, i was not able to list the hennessy venom 1000 twin turbo Viper, because it was a "tuner car"
If I had one I would still slap 2 more turbos on it.

1k hp is good enough for me. already the fastest car you can buy, and already hard enough to put the power to the road. don't need more turbos, then it'd be like a bugatti, and who the hell wants that?

Audi S4 - 3pts
'Vette - 2pts (gave it 2 because it's seasonal car where I live) Evo IX MR [haven't driven MR, but I like 6-speed, and I'm sure it can only improve my thought, because I loved the one I drove] - 1pt (hate to go against the STi, but I loathe the new look) To the person who said they love the A3, they need their head examined because it doesn't even offer the Quattro that Audi is "famous" for (even though there are much better AWD systems) |

Volvo V70R 3pts- what can I say, a Volvo that can beat a STI, and a Waggon to boot and safe too.
Infinity M45 2pts- Luxury, style, and performance..... and less than 70K for it too! Mazda MX5 Miata 1pt- finaly a new look, that doesnt say METROSEXUAL and performance that it was sadly lacking, its still fun to drive and cost less than most cars on the road.

PORSCHE Cayman S
SUBARU Legacy GT DODGE Magnum SRT8 I think these three cars are the best in looks and performance for the money. I can live happily day to day driving either the Legacy or the Magnum, the Cayman S would be the weekend getaway car.

For all I know you've nominated two borning compact sedans and a car that's trying to be a 3 series. (I'm assuming however that you actually do mean Evo, STi and GTR the GTR being inelligible for nomination, just say so.)

1. Mazda MX-5
2. Ferrari F430 3. Bugatti Veyron That new MX-5 is just so fresh in today's car market. It's a refresh of the classic mx-5's of old and it's great to see all these old classics being brought back to life. Can't wait for the turbo version that's rumoured.
