You said it yourself .8 difference and as I stated he slept and took me for granted so it isn't like it can't happen.

I don't seem to understand this thing that people think that just because you have a stick the other person is going to be just sitting still waiting for you to take the lead. I'm hot on the throttle and I do torquebrake when racing so if you're sleep and take me for granted it will be hard for you to make up the difference in the gap that will be growing while you are grannyshifting or whatever you're doing.
