Exclamation 1995 3.8 Severe Shaking

I have a 1995 Mustang convertible 3.8. Shakes when its started at an idle and as u push the accelerator, the shaking gets worse, in park, neutral, drive, doesnt matter. I have replaced plugs, wires, coil, torque convertor. I took it to precision auto tune and they said everything checked out computer wise but there is deffinately something wrong. Car shakes so bad its insane. Im clueless about what it can be. Any bit of information would be greatly appreciated.

Have you checked the condition of the Harmonic Balancer to make sure it is not seperated?? The metal will at times seperate from the rubber part.

Re: 1995 3.8 Severe Shaking

Just had almost same problem with my 94 3.8 except only shook horribly when accelerating and decelerating, changed my universals joints both front and back and the transmission tailshaft extension housing bushing and problem was solved, Maybe that will help
