I generally don't like the MBs, and in this case the M outperforms SLK in everything.

This really isn't a fair comparison. The M tunned Bimmer would obviously win. Try comparing M cars to AMG cars and then see who wins!

MB should have put a Supercharger/intercooler like in the 230 into the 320.

I would have said the BMW. However, this contest is a wee bit unfair. If it were between the SLK320 AMG and the M, I would say MB all the way.
