'75 Dart Sport Harmonic Balancer trouble

Alright, this all started at replacing a faulty distributor, and now it's a timing issue, and I cant get the pully sprocket/harmonic balancer off, and it's rather annoying.

So any help would be greatly appriciated.

Nevermind, I got it off with a HB Puller, now, how do I get it back on?
