Help

Ok so I'm my fuel pump won't kick on butnif I jump from diagnostic box it cuts on try to start while doing this and won't start I was told it may be a fuel pump relay. Any thoughts . second can a multi purpose relay be used in place of the fuel pump relay any help would be appreciated

You'll need to be more specific...
First you didn't put up enough info about your car, it's under the category "probe" so I'll take a wild guess that the question is about a Ford probe. What year? All Ford probes had issues, that's why they stopped making them, but each generation had different issues, so you'll have to give more info to get more answers.

It's a 95 Ford prob gt with a 2.5 and its not th inertia switch
