Angry Program Codes for ML320

I had to replace the battery in my remote and now the darned thing will not work...How do I go about reprogramming it?????
Need some help ASAP :stormzap:

You can take it to the dealer and show ID and they will assist you in programming it. Or if you are lucky, you can call the service department and someone will actually tell you how to do it. you hold the buttons down and you enter a number into the radio (or something like that). I did it once with the service guy over the phone. Easy to do. The most important thing is you must know the code for your car. Look in your manaul to see if it was written in there. Mine was.

pissed, not only did the battery cost $167 installed - got no tunes --Peter

anyone who has this issue; put key in ignition, turn to position 2, turn ignition off, remove key, simultaniously press lock and unlock buttons, release unlock while holding the lock button and than press the lock button 5X (within 5 seconds), then test the lock or unlock buttons to confirm success. if it doesn't work, try it again, you probably waited too long. Dealer charges $50

put the key in the ignition turn one noch and wait 60 min it will program it self
