Re: brake upgrade?
yea, Brembo actually makes big brake kits for these cars, if you are lucky you can find it on e-bay, or you will just have to type in the search engine, what ever it is you want, and research prices at different companies that distribute brembo. IMO Brembo is the best around.

Re: brake upgrade?
There is Brembo, StopTech, and AEM that all make big brake kits. EBC and Powerslot make slotted and dimpled rotors that are OEM sized. Porterfield makes brake pads as well as EBC. IMO, the EBC Greenstuff are the best pads you can get at the moment for the cheapest.

Re: brake upgrade?
They do have a kit available, I forgot. The Baer kit uses Corvette brake pads.

found good upgrade
I talked with a local performance shop and found that hawk makes really good pads for the front while still utilizing your stock rotors. For the rear he can't afford to upgrade to rotors, he has drums in the rear, Raybestos has a street performance shoe but has anyone tried these out? I know that NAPA sells Raybestos and that NAPA generally has good parts so I figured that the company is pretty good and legit I would still like to hear if anyone has bought the raybestos performance shoes for the rear drums
p.s. one dude never heard of shoes, must be really young or focuses on the cosmetics, no offense man! |
