Thumbs up The Fastest you've driven?

I'd be interested to know how fast you've travelled whilst in control of your vehicle.....and where. Don't care about legality, just the figures.

Ready - steady - GO!

Nothing above 70 for me. Any quicker than that and the labrador sticks his head out of the window (*why do dogs do that?) and then "we" can't see where we're going.

Uhh, Baroness, if you look at this thread, you'll see we've covered this. So just add what you've done.

ah yes, DVSNCYNIKL , but this is a poll and it's much more exiting with the nice lines at the top....don't you think? From a woman's point of view, I do.

True, since you put it that way. Just wanted to save you the trouble of having this started over again. So I'll just cast my vote.

We can merge the two threads and keep the poll. And why's this in the 3 Series forum?

I have gotten up to 139. Then I saw a few cars up in the distance, so I slowed down. That was at 2:00 am on I-65. I felt like my car was pretty much topped out. Had a little little bit left. Mags say the top speed is 141 for my coug.

I have gone 90 in my 325xi. I have never had the courage to go over the 100 mark!

Me neither. I just have a bad feeling about going over 100. Maybe when I get a better car. I have gotten it up to 92 on the way to school. It was on a back-road of course.
