Thanks the great comments!

Unfortunatly it's a very slow project, 'cause I don't have many times and I try to do my best...

So, the diamond plate is made from honycomb design screen, witch i glued (any kind of thin modell glue) to the floor. After the glue dried I cut out the remains from the edges. Then came the BMF, I push it to the screen with my finger and get this kind of pattern

It isn't decal! It's an SAS P.E. disc brake, I only washed with black...
