2000 Rodeo running rough
So I just had both cats replaced and now the car is running very rough and trowing out mis-fire codes. What could cause this? Going to disconnect the battery to reset the computer to see if that might help.
Any thoughts welcome Thanks |

Re: 2000 Rodeo running rough
So the system has been reset and the cars does run better however a new problem has come up. When idling in traffic or at a stop light, the CE light comes on. Had the code red and come up with the random misfire. The cars feels to run well..
Could this be that the car has 195k mile on the ignition coils or could this be a result of a low current and the battery needing to be changed. What is the best way to diagnose which could could be failing? Thanks |

Re: 2000 Rodeo running rough
Have you checked fuel pressure? Checked for vacuum leaks? Cleaned your throttle body? Ran fuel system cleaner in the tank? Many things can cause those misfire codes.
