Did I see a real 959 or a fake?
When I was Driving around yesterday I was struck by the Beautifull
sight of a brillient red Porsche 959. I'd like to say for shure it was real but I can't. You see there are some real 959s in the US ,some of wich are here illegaly, but there are also a whole lot more fake 959s ,many looking almost exactly like the real ones. Does any one here have any information that might leed to an answer? |

where are you located? There is a guy in So-Cal with the only legal 959S in the US...it is Guards red. He is in the process of converting approx. 6 more silver cars.

Yeah I didn't know abouut the one in South Carolina,
but I've been doing some studiing on the 959 and I found out that several others were legalized in the U.S. including 2 that Bill Gates has(he got them legalized in 2001). There's also one in a San Francisco Museum . I also read an Road Test from road and track on the 959 and I wonder if that test was done in the U.S.. |

They should have legalized it along time ago.
