Re: A Face to the Name
^^WOW!!! I thought I was light... I'm about 5'6 and about 125 right now. But you're only 16, right? So you'll start packing on weight soon I think... Me, my metabolism is just jacked and I can't gain anything for the life of me.

Re: A Face to the Name
^ I wish I had that problem. I usually just stay the same unless I eat and drink a lot. Which in that case it sometimes evening itself out if I'm really hittin the bottle hard. Which I usually dont.

LMAO I'm there with you Steathee. I was on a mass gaining diet a couple years ago and I tried just about everything imagineable to gain weight: whey protein, creatine, weight gainers, meal replacements, etc etc. A typical day went like this: 6:00 am protein shake with banana, udo's oil and a scoop of weight gainer, 9:00 am 4 scrambled eggs and 2 cups of rice, 12:00 pm 3 cups rice with 5 oz chicken breast and some leafy greens, 3:00 pm 3 cups rice with 4 oz beef, 6:00 pm meal replacement with udo's oil and a scoop of weight gainer, and 9:00 pm 3 cups rice with chicken breast again. I was eating over 3,200 calories a day and I gained 2 lbs the whole summer.

Re: A Face to the Name
If your taking those weight gainers, eggs, and creatine you should have tried lifting then. You would have actually seen some results.

LOL I was bro. 3 days a week broken into chest, shoulders, and tris one day due to the compound nature of the bench, legs another (quads, calves, hamstrings), back and bis another. I did abs every day. I did a pyramid type workout where I increased in weights and decreased in reps each set. Trust me man, I've tried it all short of steroids!
