putting in new multifunction switch on 1995 ford escort 1.9l station wagon
would like to know if any adjustment necessary to new clock spring when putting on car; there is a note on the multifunction switch about putting wheels straight, then turning (I guess) clock spring clockwise to lock, then backturn 3 turns and align arrow marks. Has this already been done at the factory, and all I do is slap it on? Note I am not replacing clock spring on old part, I am replacing the whole multifunction switch, because front windshield wipers messed up. thanks, shofardude
