Suzuki Hayabusa Finished! (Large pics)

Finally done at last! Well-detailed kit, and goes together like a snap. Cut the parts off the sprues, put them in the box, shake, and out comes the completed model..

Thanks to huudo for inspiration for the paint job. He suggested that I make it a bike fit for my avatar, Serpentor, from G.I. Joe, so I went for it! It was done using TS-20 and TS-21 (Gold and Metallic Green), overcoated with TS-13 clear (no polish!).

Here are finished pics:

Two of Japan's superbikes down...two more to go!!

Next project: I've had a change in heart, it won't be the McLaren...it'll be a Nissan 180sx, modified by Scale Auto Style! :frog:

Wow!!

They are amazing!!!

One question, what sort of size are they when done??

Never really considered doing a bike, but after following these threads might just try it, they look gorgeous!!

Looks good. Interesting color scheme that only suits that bike's fairings. The curves do kinda resemble the hood of a cobra snake. Love that shot of the cockpit!

COOL!!! Nice Haya and R1...you inspired me to finish my own 3rd version of full race R1...i will also be doing a Haya soon but still have not decide on the color scheme...your pics will be a good guideline for my Haya kit. Hope that i can see more of your future model bikes...especially the ZX12R and Blackbird.:flamer:
