91 storm wont start
Im workin on a friends 91 Geo Storm that just wont start. Starter cranks, plugs have ignition, plenty of air getting in, and the fuel pump engages. If i spray some ether in, the car fires right up. So im guessing that engine is not getting fuel. As i said before the fuel pump engages before and after attempting to start it and i have made sure that the tank is full(actualy overfilled it). I have found no leaks in any of the lines leading from the tank into the engine compartment. This has the 1.6 isuzu 4 cylinder and im told theres a bleeder valve somewhere in the engine compartment after the fuel filter that allows you to check if the motors getting fuel. I cannot find it. i had a feeling that the fuel filter may be blocked. halfassed, i attempted to take of the lines off going into and out of the fuel filter, but they were rusted on so i gave up for the time being. How else can i check to see if the engines getting fuel? And does anybody have any ideas what else might be causing the problem?

Re: 91 storm wont start
Dude, my 90 storm had the same problems. I mean same exact problems you just listed. I sold it cause I was too fustrated with it and got me my current honda but the guys who bought it called me back and told me what was wrong.
They said the Fuel Injectors went bad. It got fuel, it got spark, it got electricty, but they fuel injectors were dead. I'm dead confident that this is what's wrong with yours. Check it out and reply.
