Ford Tempo Problems

I have a 1991 Ford Tempo. It will not stay running. Gave it a boost, and it starts fine, but as soon as the jumper cables are lifted, it quits. The battery has been changed, didn't help. Possibly a bad ground? The new battery was fully charged, and the car will not start without help. Any ideas? Thank you.

Re: Ford Tempo Problems

never mind that starter motor, I misread thought you said it couldn't start without help.
It sounds like the ignition system isn't getting enough juice.
