Spark plugs,plug wires, pcv valve, air filter, fuel filter, flush engine/new antifreeze, flush brake lines and inspect pads, shoes, rotors, drums, calipers, engine oil & filter, transmission fluid & filter, fuel system cleaner in the tank. If your unsure of anything else, replace/repair it. There's usually a bit more to a "full" tune-up, depending on who you ask, but this would be a fine start..

Don't forget the timing belt if it has one...
