2003 b2300 Series

I have just recently replaced my battery and the vehicle has factory alarm system that has kill switch. Now my truck only starts for 2 seconds and shuts off. What could this be from?

Sounds like the keys have lost their programing... Is there a key light flashing fast on Internet dash? What did you mean "kill switch"?
