Re: sweet body mods 90 into a 01

I hope your not serious? Its alooot of work in its self just to get the body on a 20 year old car straight without trying to mod it. I'm going to say the conversion can't be done. It can but unless its done by a professional person in fab/body then its going to be a hacked up mess, if you even DO get it together. But even if a professional does it and the body work is top notch, its probably still going to be ugly. But on a possitive note, give it a try and post pics.

If you have to ask these kinds of questions you probably dont have the skills needed to do this mod. Especially since the bumpers are urethane its going to be hard to hold this together. All of the body filler will have to be flexible or it will crack

Any progress on this? Really want to see these pics. It's been over a month, should have some progress done, no?

I hope he set the car on fire instead. I'd rather lose another DSM, than see on bastardized like that.

That was the hope. "20 year old body it is in amazing shape" is no reason to turn it into a 3G. Just never understood.
