Does any body have an Axle Shaft with ABS ring tone for 1993 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham for sell?

Best bet are salvage yards, it may fit other GM cars.

Depending on your location, there may be yards nearby.
http://www.car-part.com/ lists yards from Florida to Oregon, New York to Arizona with those axles. Aside from that, your axle could be repaired, but that would likely be more expensive.

What are all the cars that use this Axle with ABS ring tone so i can look for in a salvage yard 1993 Buick Roadmaster and what else?

Not ALL Roadmasters had the tone wheel, but I believe all Broughams did.
A phone call to a salvage yard with a parts interchange will identify that quickly.
