95 2.2 falls flat when hit gas pedal

had a code 23 low iat . after a long look found no iat and broken wires think may fell out and fan cut wires. but no code now but starts and idles great.hit gas pedal slow it is fine hit it fast it falls flat or stalls. its a standart shift cannot even get it to hardly move with out sure slipping the clutch. fuel pump and regulator had been changed ???

again i am after the fact... well fuel pump[ was changed .not by me.but i checked fuel pressure it was25 psi should be 47 psi.pulled fuel pump out and found hose clamp was not there on upperhose . replacesd hose clamp and all is great now
