got the drum off but now...

So I got the drum off and got the job done...almost...i have no e brake now?!?!?! I connected all the springs back. Should all the springs be replaced as well? Or what should i do?

Did you adjust the handbrake again after putting it back together, and are you sure all the sprngs are hooked up correctly?

Pull the drum off, and observe as a friend works the e-brake handle. You should be able to easily see the cable moving the brake shoe. From here you can figure out that a) your e-brake isnt moving the shoe and your problem lies else where or b) you didn't put the e-brake cable into the shoe properly or c) your drums need to be adjusted tighter.
