no more auto lock
99 model. I've heard that on the newer ones you can change the settings so that it won't automatically lock on you or so that it'll automatically unlock. Assuming this isn't an easy change for a '99 so I'm just curious if there's a way to keep my power locks but to prevent it from auto-locking when I hit the 15 or so MPH. It's so annoying to unlock it every time I want to get out! Is there a wire I can cut that'll stop the auto lock feature on this model?

Re: no more auto lock
Read your owner's manual-- or buy one on-line---yes the options are many- no need to cut wires, just re-program your locking options. I have a 99 Yukon, when I get a chance, I'll read through it-- mine does not lock or unlock unless I tell it to.

Re: no more auto lock
I'll give it a look, I was told in another thread that it doesn't work on 99 models. I was annoyed by it now unlocking automatically and since I was told I can't easily change it, I figured I'd see if there was a way to keep it from locking on its own
